Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect who can translate client and business requirements into well-architected, scalable, and future-ready solutions for custom web applications, mobile applications, and digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of modern technologies, architecture patterns, frameworks, and development methodologies, along with the ability to guide development teams during execution. The Solution Architect will work closely with Project Managers, DevOps Team and QA team to ensure code quality, architectural consistency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

- Analyze and translate client requirements into technical solutions for custom web, mobile, and product development projects.

- Define application architecture, technology stack, frameworks, and integration patterns best suited to the project requirements.

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures following industry best practices.

- Create high-level and detailed solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.

Technology & Best Practices

- Evaluate and recommend latest and suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Define coding standards, design principles, and architectural guidelines for development teams.

- Ensure adherence to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability best practices.

Project Execution & Team Guidance

- Guide and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Review solution implementations to ensure alignment with the approved architecture.

- Support developers in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.

- Work closely with the Project Manager to support planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper test coverage, code quality, and defect prevention.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release readiness assessments.

- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within agreed quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in solutioning and architecture for web and/or mobile application development.

- Hands-on understanding of modern application architectures such as:

- Layered, Micro-services, Event-driven, and API-first architectures

- Experience with modern development frameworks and platforms (any combination of):

- Frontend: HTML, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue, etc.

- Backend: Node.js, .NET, PHP,Java, Python, etc.

- Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases, integrations, and third-party APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.

- Experience working closely with development, QA, and project management teams.

Good to Have

- Exposure to cloud-based architectures and deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Experience in product-based development environments.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation.

- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles.

- AI/ Gen AI Product Architecting experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 6-10+ years of overall experience in application development and solution design (preferred).

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
