Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your primary focus will be on translating client requirements into innovative and effective solutions. Your day will involve working closely with various teams, including Sales Pursuit and Delivery, to ensure that the solutions developed not only meet client expectations but also align with the overall business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to create deliverable solutions that enhance the client value proposition, ensuring that each project is tailored to the unique needs of the client while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements to provide the best possible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions effectively. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Varicent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions across various platforms. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Varicent. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
