Key responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business and IT by converting business and technical requirements into a comprehensive technical solution.

Create architectural blueprints, including system designs, integration plans, and technical specifications.

Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that best fit the project's needs and align with the organization's strategy.

Engage with a variety of stakeholders, from executives to developers, to gather requirements, present solutions, and gain consensus.

Identify potential risks in the design and ensure the solution complies with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Guide development teams to ensure the implementation adheres to the architecture and best practices.

Monitor the implementation process, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed about project progress and costs.

Ensure the final solution is scalable, reliable, secure, and performs as required.

Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience between 12-14 yrs managing data or analytics project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, Snowflake/Databricks and analytics lifecycle.

Strong design and implementation experience in AWS Cloud and has done Snowflake or Databricks integrations in AWS.

Deep understanding of Snowflake's or Databricks architecture, features, and capabilities (Preferrable).

Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Unix Shell.

Knowledge of data security, access controls, and data quality management.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
