Experience: 12+ years in Baan Technical areas including customizations, data uploads/extractions, integrations, data querying and analysis.


: We are seeking an experienced Baan ERP Technical consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should provide technical expertise and support for Baan ERP applications, including development, customization, and maintenance, focusing on areas like PL/SQL, reports, forms, and integration. Candidate should have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Baan Development and Integration Tools. Application Support: Leading Production support for Baan Application Technical issues. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Baan ERP. Provide support for third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues in Baan applications. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions. User support: Providing technical support to end users on Baan applications, addressing queries and resolving issues. Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information. Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management. Data Analysis: Develop high complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis. Implementation: Supporting Functional Consultants with implementation of Baan ERP versions. Data Migration: Develop SQL Scripts for data extraction based on STTM mappings (Source to Target ERP mappings) from or to Baan application modules. Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 12+ years of experience working with Baan ERP applications with focus on Baan Technical skills like Baan 4GL, DALs, Dlls, Program Scripts, Reports, Forms, Exchange and other relevant tools. Strong experience in Baan development, customization, and integration support. Proficient in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development. Strong understanding of Baan Technical architecture. Strong implementation experience of Baan EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module. Strong experience is Unix/Linux Shell scripting and Cronjob handling. Understanding of Baan modules (Order Management, Procurement etc). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with functional teams and business users. Experience with Baan Dynamic Enterprise Modeler is a plus. Experience with Infor Web services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
