We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in core banking systems to lead solution design, integration, and transformation initiatives across retail, corporate, and digital banking landscapes. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture that aligns with the bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end solution architecture for core banking systems, including integrations with satellite applications.
Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of core banking transformation initiatives (e.g., system upgrade, re-platforming, cloud migration).
Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and best practices in line with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and target architecture blueprints.
Develop and validate solution design documents (HLDs, LLDs), including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and security models.
Own the application and integration architecture, ensuring seamless data flow between the core banking platform and external/internal systems (e.g., CRM, treasury, AML, regulatory reporting, payments, digital channels).
Provide governance and oversight on the technical delivery by internal teams and third-party vendors.
Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and propose modernization strategies, including API-led architectures, microservices, and cloud-native adoption.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, resiliency, DR, performance) are met.
* Support RFP evaluations and vendor assessments from an architecture standpoint.
