Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Solution Architect

with strong expertise in

Java technologies and Cloud platforms

to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of

Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern cloud infrastructures

. Experience in the

Healthcare domain

will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions using

Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies

(AWS / Azure / GCP). Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned with business goals. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Lead and mentor development teams in implementing architectural best practices. Ensure solutions meet

performance, security, and compliance

standards. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and cloud services to optimize development and deployment processes. Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain technical quality and consistency. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years

of hands-on experience in

Java/J2EE

,

Spring Boot

, and

Microservices

architecture. Strong understanding of

Cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP) - experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions. Good knowledge of

databases

- relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Solid understanding of

API design

,

integration patterns

, and

DevOps

practices (CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes). Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to document and present architecture designs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Healthcare domain knowledge

- good to have (experience with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance is advantageous).

Nice to Have:

Experience with

Event-Driven Architecture

(Kafka, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with

Serverless

and

Cloud-native

design patterns. Exposure to

architecture frameworks

(TOGAF, Zachman). * Certification in AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus.
