:Job purpose:Design & implement the best engineered technical solutions using latest technologies and toolsWho You Are:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Java technology stack within the organization.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java solutions.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java development

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Drive the adoption of best coding practices, standards, and tools for Java development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Manage and optimize the Java development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the organization\'s Java capabilities

• Proven experience as a Technology Head or similar leadership role, with a focus on Java technologies

• Strong background in Java development, architecture, and design patterns

• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Maven)

• Experience in leading and managing high-performing Java development teams

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders

• Ability to align technology strategies with business goals and drive organizational growth

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus
