Must Have Skills:




Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and solution planning. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices. Knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, APIs), integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication with technical and business teams

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements. Create detailed and comprehensive Architectural Requirements Documents (ARDs) including design specs, technical requirements, and non-functional requirements (NFRs). Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical architecture and design documents. Lead and guide development teams throughout the SDLC, ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Conduct design/code reviews and provide technical leadership to ensure solution integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, DevOps, security, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Identify risks, architectural gaps, and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with Airbus PSL Architect based in France, product managers, business analysts, security teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of architectural solutions

Optional IAM Skills

Understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA. Familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT). Exposure to IAM tools/platforms (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping). Experience integrating applications with IAM systems and managing user lifecycle workflows
