Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Financial Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and the German core team, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and quality standards. Define and execute the data strategy in alignment with broader financial and IT governance objectives.

Data Engineering & Architecture

Architect and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines using Kubeflow, Python, and Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Oversee the integration of TM1/Cognos data into relational databases, enabling seamless access and analysis. Govern end-to-end data architecture with a focus on data quality, security, compliance, and lifecycle management. Expertise in Requirements engineering and refinement

Analytics & Visualization

Translate complex financial and operational datasets into actionable insights through advanced Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows. Collaborate with finance, strategy, and IT stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making.

AI/ML Enablement & Documentation



Drive AI/ML readiness by implementing robust data models and feature engineering pipelines. Ensure comprehensive documentation and version control using GitLab, promoting transparency, reproducibility, and maintainability across projects.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Kubeflow, Python, and Snowflake for data pipeline development and orchestration (minimum 3 years experience) Experience with TM1/Cognos integration into relational databases. Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and GitLab (minimum 3 years experience). Strong understanding of financial data structures, reporting standards, and domain-specific analytics.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Working Conditions

Schedule: Standard Indian business hours. Work Options: On site only. Global Coverage: May require occasional work outside standard hours. Performance Metrics: Success measured by response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
