Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Solution Architect

with a strong background in Digital Transformation, Data Warehouse (DW), and Data Lake technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support our enterprise data strategy and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture design and solutioning for large-scale digital transformation projects involving cloud-based Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. Define end-to-end data architecture frameworks, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with business needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies. Document architecture decisions, solution designs, and integration patterns. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud, big data, and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in digital transformation projects. Strong expertise in Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery). Strong expertise in Data Lake technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystem). Experience with data integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, Fivetran). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance. Knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations for enterprise data solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML platforms and integration. Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture. Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
