Job Description

As a Solution Architect and Lead Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end solutions that replace manual/semi-automated processes with a cloud-enabled, automated, and analytics-driven platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define requirements, design the technical stack, and lead development and deployment.


The ideal candidate has deep full stack engineering skills, strong cloud and data expertise, and proven experience in building enterprise-grade applications. In addition to hands-on development, you will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, and support product lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a

Full stack Developer and Solution Architect

. Expertise in

cloud data architecture

(GCP or Azure). Strong experience in

ETL design, data integration, and database management

(Alteryx, SQL and NoSQL). Proficiency in full stack development: +

Front-end:

React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
+

Back-end:

Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
+

Databases:

PostgreSQL, BigQuery, NoSQL
Hands-on experience in

web app development and release management pipelines

. Familiarity with

data analytics and visualization tools

(Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with

AI/ML technologies

and creating API endpoints Experience with

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools

. Strong leadership in

Agile/Scrum environments

with JIRA or similar project management tools. Excellent problem-solving, architectural thinking, and communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer / BCA, or related field. 10 to 15 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a

lead/architect role

. Certifications in

cloud platforms

(AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

+ Act as the

technical lead

guiding a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and analysts.
