Solution Architect are responsible for designing the overall architecture and infrastructure for Azure ML and SageMaker machine learning projects. They are typically involved in all stages of the machine learning lifecycle and must have a deep understanding of the different components and technologies involved in machine learning, including data storage and retrieval, distributed computing, model training, and deployment. They must also have knowledge of best practices for data security and compliance, as well as the ability to work closely with other members of the machine learning team to ensure that the project is executed successfully. Where you fit in Experience in Cloud foundation services of both Azure and AWS hyperscalers System Integration skill, the ability to understand and analyze complex systems, their components, and how they interact with each other. This includes knowledge of system architecture, protocols, data formats, and integration patterns. Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with Shell\'s data strategy. Responsible for ensuring that Machine learning platforms deliver business and technical requirements. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Vendors for the smooth functioning of the Enterprise ML platform Work closely with Product owners, Data scientist, data engineer and other Architects to ensure that AI projects are successful. What\'s the role Take an active role in documenting, improving & maintaining the Reference Models in BizzDesign. Lifting project deliverables to the Conceptual and Logical levels. Follow IT Technology developments in the market and leverage this knowledge in architecting solutions in Shell. Ensure solutions are \'future-proof\' Stay in touch with development of standards and standard services in IT at Shell. To ensure the latest service developments are considered. Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Architecture community and be an ambassador for Architecture. Interact with stakeholders on architecture issues and strategic improvements where such expertise is required. Maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR), and ensure that those are included in architecture design decisions. Responsible for championing and embedding Security by Design and Privacy by Design in projects, and to ensure that the appropriate design decisions are made, documented, and implemented. What we need from you 8 to 12+ years of total experience in IT with some IT leadership experience and 3+ years of relevant experience. Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT or equivalent experience. Strong stakeholder management skills the role requires pro-active communication and an ability to work closely with other members in project teams and other disciplines in architecture in particular. Strong communication skills the role requires effective written and verbal communications. Including the ability to communicate architectural viewpoints and decisions using content appropriate for the audience. Business skills the role requires the ability to acquire and apply industry sector knowledge. Including the ability to establish the linkage between business value and technical architecture.
