What is in it for you?

As a

Solution Architect - C++ Programming

, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Architect and design robust C++ solutions for Windows-based enterprise applications.
Lead the migration of legacy COM applications to modern platforms or Cloud environments.
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate it into technical design.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of critical issues.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for modernization.
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Document architecture decisions, migration strategies, and technical specifications.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

Proficiency in C++ (including modern C++ standards like C++11/14/17)
In-depth understanding of Windows internals, Win32 API, and system-level programming
Expertise in COM/DCOM architecture, ATL, and ActiveX controls
Proven experience in legacy system migration (e.g.: from desktop to Cloud or modern platforms)
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system integration
Experience in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN

Good to Have Skills: -

Knowledge of .NET interoperability with COM
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker)
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of security protocols and secure coding practices
Experience in cross-platform development (e.g.: using Qt or similar frameworks)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
