Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Lead to drive the adoption of AI, automation, and digital optimization across the organization. This role will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI and automation initiatives across functions (operations, customer service, sales, procurement etc.).

Analyze current workflows and identify gaps/opportunities for automation.

Implement AI tools, workflows, and automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build and manage automation dashboards, documentation, and performance tracking.

Coordinate with vendors/AI partners for solution development and deployment.

Train teams on new tools, ensure adoption, and measure impact.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all automation projects.

Requirements:

7+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, automation or solution architecture.

Background in IT, analytics, operations, or digital transformation preferred.

Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms (Zapier/Make/API integrations, RPA), and data workflows.

Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering. Knowledge of Python, APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), LangChain/LlamaIndex, ML Ops tools. Ability to analyse business processes and convert them into technical solutions. Strong documentation, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in process mapping and optimisation.

Ability to manage projects end-to-end and influence stakeholders.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical groups.

Understanding of renewable energy, solar, battery, or energy-tech markets (bonus).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?2,600,000.00 per year
