Job Description

Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
Responsibilities include:

Design and define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications using Java and Microservices. Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution blueprints. Drive microservices-based application design, including service decomposition, API contracts, and integration patterns. Define and govern RESTful API standards and service-to-service communication. Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, availability, and security. Review code, architecture artifacts, and ensure adherence to best practices. Support DevOps, CI/CD strategy, and cloud-native adoption.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Primary Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core Java, Java 8+). Proven experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications. Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration. Extensive experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework. Solid understanding of service-to-service communication (REST, messaging, sync/async patterns). Experience defining architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
Retail domain experience

Secondary Skills :

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging systems. Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Basic knowledge of:Application security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS) Logging & monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
