As a Solutions Analyst III at JP Morgan Chase within Corporate technology, you play a key role in connecting business, operations, and technology teams. Job responsibilities

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with stakeholders and technical teams Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions using data analytics and technical knowledge Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, and governance processes Coordinate with diverse teams to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of business strategies Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios for development teams, and review UAT defects or production incidents Assist in documenting operational procedures and provide training to operations teams on new functionalities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support decision-making Strong technical writing skills with experience translating complex information for diverse audiences Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in banking domain Experience in rules analysis (e.g., IBM ODM, Drools, Blaze) Strong data analysis skills
