Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Product / Design Engineering (Machinery Industry)

Salary: ₹3- 3.6lPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced machine dedigner to lead our design and development team in the Machinery industry. The role involves managing design projects, developing innovative engineering solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team in developing new products, components, and systems.

Oversee end-to-end design process including concept, prototyping, testing, and finalization.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and BOMs.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Optimize designs for cost efficiency, manufacturability, and performance.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.

Stay updated with latest design tools, materials, and industry innovations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in SolidWorks, Sheet Metal Design, and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Industry Preference:

Machinery / Industrial Equipment / Heavy Engineering
