Job Summary

We are looking for a

SolidWorks Designer

to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for mechanical components and assemblies. The candidate should have hands-on experience in

SolidWorks

, basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work closely with production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create

2D drawings and 3D models

using

SolidWorks

Prepare

manufacturing drawings

with dimensions, tolerances, and BOM Modify existing designs based on production or client feedback Coordinate with

production, quality, and procurement teams

Ensure designs comply with

company standards and manufacturing feasibility

Maintain proper documentation and revision control Support prototype development and trial runs Assist in design improvements and cost optimization
Education Qualification

ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Draftsman / Tool & Die)

OR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

Proficiency in

SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, Drawing)

Basic knowledge of

manufacturing processes

(machining, fabrication, sheet metal, etc.) Understanding of

GD&T and engineering drawings

Knowledge of

materials and fasteners

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience

2-3 years

of experience in mechanical design (Freshers with good SolidWorks knowledge can apply)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in

sheet metal / plastic / tooling design

Knowledge of

AutoCAD

Exposure to

manufacturing or industrial products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
