Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed

3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings

using SolidWorks. Develop

technical drawings

for furniture, fixtures, joinery, modular components, and interior elements. Interpret concepts, sketches, and client requirements into

precise CAD models

. Prepare

BOM (Bill of Materials)

, cut lists, and assembly instructions for production teams. Work closely with the

design, production, and site teams

to ensure technical feasibility. Modify and improve designs based on feedback and production constraints. Ensure that all models follow

material specifications, industry standards, and manufacturing processes

. Conduct

design analysis

to identify structural, fitting, or assembly issues before production. Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Proficiency in SolidWorks

(Part modeling, Assembly, Drafting, Sheet Metal). Good understanding of

interior manufacturing processes

, materials, hardware & joinery systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under timelines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

modular furniture

, retail store fixtures, custom interior design projects. Familiarity with manufacturing technologies like

CNC, panel processing, metal fabrication

, etc.

Salary Range:

35K-50K
