Key Skills Required

Basic proficiency in

SolidWorks

2d drawings with Solidworks and Autocad

Understanding of

sheet metal

and mechanical components Familiarity with manufacturing processes like laser cutting and bending Good understanding of mechanical drawing standards

Job Responsibilities

Prepare accurate

2D drawings and 3D models

as guided by senior designers Assist in preparing manufacturing drawings and documentation Perform

quality inspection of mechanical assembly parts

as per checklist Verify dimensions, tolerances, and fitment of fabricated components Support the design team by updating drawings, revising changes, and maintaining design records Coordinate with the fabrication/assembly teams for part verification Visit sites occasionally for design measurements and final inspection

Ideal Candidate

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience Strong willingness to learn mechanical design and quality inspection Good observation skills and attention to detail Team-player with good communication skills Ready to work in hands-on engineering and workshop environment
