Position : Solid Oral Packing (QMS)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Supervise daily packaging operations for solid oral dosage forms. Ensure packaging activities comply with SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain packaging equipment and materials inventory.

Quality & Compliance:

Implement and maintain QMS protocols in packaging operations. Review and approve Batch Packaging Records (BPR). Handle deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and market complaints related to packaging. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and other regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and train packaging staff on quality procedures and operational excellence. Conduct performance evaluations and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. Prepare reports on packaging performance, quality metrics, and improvement plans.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in client audits and respond to technical queries.

Requirements:

Qualification : M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
