Experienced Bench Sales Recruiter needed to manage Oracle and SAP bench candidates. Responsible for sourcing, client submissions, and closing opportunities rapidly. Must work independently, act fast, and handle end-to-end bench sales processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and manage Oracle and SAP bench candidates.
Engage clients, pitch candidates, and manage submissions and follow-ups.
Maintain up-to-date bench database and track candidate availability.
Act as point of contact between candidates and clients for contracts, onboarding, and negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth from bench placements.
Provide timely reports on candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves:
6+ years of bench sales experience, specifically with Oracle and SAP technologies.
Deep knowledge of bench candidate market, rates, and client expectations.
Strong client engagement and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of fast placements and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with ATS or CRM tools for bench sales tracking.
Exposure to multiple tech stacks beyond Oracle and SAP.
Eligibility Requirements
Must have own laptop; remote work only.
Immediate joining preferred.
