12th , MCVC, ITI, Diploma - Electrical
Must have knowledge of panel wiring, soldering, PCB & LED soldering
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Production Engineering
Excellent Analytical Skills and Production Planning abilities
Experience in Quality Control processes and methodologies
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with various departments
Ability to work on-site in Pune
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
Prior experience in the automation or manufacturing industry is a plus
Must have basic knowledge of S - Plan software
