Perform manual and machine soldering of electronic components on PCBs as per drawings and work instructions
Handle through-hole and SMD soldering (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.)
Read and understand PCB layouts, schematics, and assembly drawings
Ensure solder joints meet quality standards (IPC guidelines where applicable)
Inspect soldered boards for defects such as cold joints, bridges, dry joints, and misalignment
Carry out rework and repair of defective solder joints when required
Use soldering tools such as soldering iron, hot air gun, flux, solder wire, and desoldering tools
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices
Follow safety procedures and company policies during production
Support testing and troubleshooting teams when required
Maintain daily production and quality records
