PCB Soldering Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Soldering Technician to join our electronics assembly team. The technician will be responsible for soldering and assembling components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to industry standards, schematics, and quality requirements. This role requires precision, steady hands, and the ability to follow technical instructions to ensure reliable and defect-free electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

through-hole and surface mount (SMT) soldering

on PCBs using manual soldering tools and equipment. Assemble and rework electronic components in compliance with

IPC standard

Inspect solder joints for defects such as bridging, cold solder, insufficient solder, or misaligned parts. Operate soldering irons, re-flow ovens, hot air tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively. Perform

rework and repair

of defective boards as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and

ESD-safe work environment

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of

IPC soldering standards

is preferred. Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination. Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn new processes and work as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

repair services

. Familiarity with rework stations, BGA reballing, and hot-air soldering (for advanced roles).

Work Environment:

Electronics assembly Requires long periods of sitting and working with small components. Use of ESD-safe gear and adherence to safety protocols required.

Pay: ₹8,527.20 - ₹12,000.00 per month
