Job Description

A Soldering Technician assembles and repairs electronic parts by soldering components onto circuit boards or other materials. This job requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

Attach electronic components to circuit boards using a soldering iron. Check solder joints to ensure they are clean, secure, and free of defects. Follow diagrams, schematics, or instructions to place components correctly. Fix or replace damaged parts or solder joints as needed. Clean and maintain soldering equipment to ensure smooth operation. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in educational background. Experience with soldering tools and techniques. Ability to work with small parts and tools. Understanding of basic electronics and circuit diagrams. Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination. Patience and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (optional but helpful).
