Job Summary:

We are looking for Soldering operator at OSNA Electronics, who will be responsible for assembling, Solderring, Desoldering, wiring, testing, and calibrating industrial sensors, transmitters, and control devices. The role ensures high-quality production, reliable performance of OSNA products, and smooth coordination with Quality, R&D, and Production Teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assemble OSNA sensors, transmitters, speed monitors, proximity sensors, and other industrial devices as per design and SOPs. Perform wiring, soldering, termination, mechanical fitting, and PCB assembly. Follow BOMs, circuit diagrams, and engineering drawings accurately. Perform functional testing, calibration, and validation of assembled products. Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet OSNA quality standards. Maintain complete testing and inspection records. Assist in prototype assembly and support new product development (NPD). Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency. Maintain tools, equipment, and ESD-safe working conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:-

Diploma / B.Tech or ITI in Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical. Experience in assembling & Soldering electronic devices, sensors, or automation components (preferred). Ability to read wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and engineering drawings. Knowledge of test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, calibrators, etc.). Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
