Job Title : Soldering & Rework Operator

Department : Production

Base Locations : Noida

Reports To : Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Read and interpret circuit diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.

Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and compliance with IPC standards.

Operate and maintain soldering equipment such as wave soldering or hand soldering tools.

Perform rework and repair of defective solder joints when necessary.

Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures while handling sensitive components.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product reliability.

Educational Qualification - Diploma/ITI - Electrical or electronics

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1.Soldering & Assembly

Perform manual soldering of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).

Solder through-hole and surface-mount components.

Ensure proper heat application and solder flow for strong and reliable connections.

2.Quality Control & Inspection

Check solder joints for defects such as bridging and insufficient solder.

Perform visual inspections using magnifiers, microscopes.

3.Component Handling & Placement

Identify and place electronic components correctly as per schematics and work instructions.

Handle sensitive components carefully to avoid damage from static electricity (ESD-safe practices).

4.Rework & Repair

Remove and replace defective components using desoldering techniques.

Repair and rework PCB assemblies as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?17,000.00 per month
