EXEPRIENCE:- 2 TO 5 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to IPC-A-610 quality standards. Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs (Bills of Materials). Assist in on-site installations, assembly, or servicing of electrical or electronic systems as needed. Conduct visual inspections of solder joints and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance. Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and quality control to resolve assembly and field issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation logs or inspection sheets. Travel to customer sites or field locations for installation or support tasks as required (local or regional). Follow all safety guidelines, ESD protocols, and workplace standards.
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in soldering and/or electronic assembly. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards (certification not required). Ability to work from technical documents such as schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams. Comfortable with both bench work (soldering) and field activities (installation/support). Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and ESD safety. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to job sites or customer locations as needed.
