Soldering and Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled

Soldering and Assembly Technician

to join our electronics development team. The candidate will be responsible for

manual soldering, PCB assembly

, and

electronic hardware integration

tasks to support our in-house prototyping and production lines.

Location:

Dighi, Pune.

Salary:

12- 16K in hand

Entry-Level to Mid-Level

Department:

Electronics R&D / Production

Qualification/Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in electronics assembly (freshers can also apply).

Familiarity with

rework tools

,

magnifiers

, or

microscopes

Desirable/Required Skills:

Proficiency in

hand soldering (THT & SMD)

Basic knowledge of

electronics components and circuits

Ability to read

basic schematics or assembly drawings

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Basic understanding of

multimeters and testing tools

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform

manual soldering

of SMD and through-hole components on PCBs

Assemble and test

electronic circuits

and

hardware prototypes

Inspect solder joints and components for quality assurance

Assist in

wiring, crimping, and harnessing

of connectors and cables

Operate tools such as hot air guns, soldering stations, multimeters, etc.

Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workbench

Support the R&D and production team during the prototyping and pilot phases

Document and report assembly/testing results when needed

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
