Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 This position is responsible for the day to day Solarwinds operational activities.
2 24/7 support of Solarwinds.
3 It includes installation, configuration and maintenance of Solarwinds.
4 Work with various support and application teams to resolve/prevent various issues and escalations.
5 Should take a lead and drive various projects independently.
Must-Have
1. We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2/L3 Solrwinds Monitoring Engineer to join our team.
2. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of NCM,NPM,NTM,SRM,SAM.
3. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Solarwinds tools
