Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead - Field Sales who will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2C field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 field sales executives. (Team handling experience for a minimum period of 2 years)- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management.- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's residential customer base.- Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members.- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.- Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.- Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech / M.
