Job Summary:

The Solar Tutor will be responsible for educating individuals and groups on solar energy concepts, installation practices, maintenance, and sustainability. Ideal candidates should have in-depth knowledge of solar energy and hands-on experience in teaching or conducting workshops, preferably within an NGO or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on solar energy concepts and practical applications. Develop and implement educational materials and lesson plans. Train students, technicians, or community members on solar panel installation and maintenance. Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and teaching methods. Engage with community outreach programs to spread awareness of solar benefits. Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a Solar Tutor, Instructor, or Trainer, preferably with experience teaching in NGOs. In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and sustainable practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content. Passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Pay: ₹21,158.33 - ₹35,000.00 per month
