Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to handle business development for solar products, transformers, and power equipment. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and a proven record in B2B sales.
Key Skills & Requirements
4-5 years of experience in sales & marketing of Solar products, transformers, or electrical/power equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of solar systems, power backup equipment, and electrical distribution products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines.
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, proposal drafting, and CRM tools (preferred).

Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships in the solar, transformer, and power equipment sector.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and prepare proposals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide strategic inputs to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, and customer interactions.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closing.
