Solar Trainer

Responsibilities:



Conduct training on solar PV installation, maintenance, and safety.

Develop training materials and assessments.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance.

Ensure trainees understand industry standards and best practices.

Stay updated on solar technology trends.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Certification in solar PV installation preferred.

Experience in solar installation, maintenance, or training.

Strong communication and instructional skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

English,Hindi,Odia (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
