We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to install, maintain, and repair high-quality solar panel systems for our valued residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical work, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Excellence:

Meticulously install and commission solar panel systems, ensuring precise mounting, secure electrical connections, and seamless integration of monitoring systems. Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal system design and feasibility, providing expert recommendations to clients.

Maintenance & Repair Mastery:

Proactively perform routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs on existing solar panel systems. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Electrical Expertise:

Perform a wide range of electrical work, including wiring, connections, and rigorous testing, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations. Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Customer Focus:

Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, informative education on solar panel system operation and maintenance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, including system performance data and troubleshooting logs.

Qualifications:

Education:

ITI or Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

1+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices. Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
