Key Responsibilities
? Install solar panels, inverters, structures, and balance-of-system components at customer sites.
? Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, earthing, and connection of solar systems.
? Conduct site surveys and assess installation feasibility.
? Troubleshoot system issues, perform maintenance, and ensure proper system performance.
? Ensure safety protocols and standards during installation and service work.
? Coordinate with the project engineer and site supervisor for smooth execution.
? Test system performance using monitoring tools and provide accurate reports.
? Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory at site.
Desired Candidate Profile
? 1-2 years of experience in solar installation or electrical technician role.
? Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, batteries, and BOS.
? Understanding of AC/DC wiring, MCBs, RCCBs, and protection devices.
? Ability to read basic SLDs (Single Line Diagrams).
? Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or on rooftops. ? Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
? Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory. Qualification
? ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred.
? Certification in solar installation is a plus.
