Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Solar Technicians to install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects, ensuring safe installation, efficient performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install solar PV panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems at customer sites. Conduct electrical wiring, grounding, and system connections in compliance with safety and electrical codes. Perform site assessments, roof measurements, and shading analysis for solar installations. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems, including troubleshooting faults and replacing defective components. Test system performance using tools/meters; verify efficiency and safety of installed systems. Provide technical support to customers on operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance of solar systems. Prepare service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and local regulations. Collaborate with project engineers, electricians, and site supervisors for smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications / Skills

Education: ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in solar PV installation/service (freshers with training can also apply). Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers. Basic understanding of electrical wiring, earthing, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, site plans, and manuals. Physical ability to work at heights, on rooftops, and in outdoor conditions. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
