Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, inspections and feasibility checks for solar installations (rooftop/ground?mounted).
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar PV systems including inverters, batteries, monitoring systems.
Electrical wiring, connections, earthing, ensuring safety & compliance with standards.
Troubleshooting and servicing of solar systems to maintain performance.
Coordination with project teams, sales/support staff, and clients. Documentation and reporting of work done.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EEE (or related field) preferred.
Experience: 1+ years preferred (freshers with strong technical ability may apply).
Solid understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical circuits.
Hands-on skills: using installation tools/meters, working at heights, outdoor project sites.
Good communication, teamwork, reporting skills. Valid two-wheeler licence preferred.
Work Conditions & Other Details
Travel to project sites in and around Tirur/Malappuram area may be required.
Flexible schedule depending on project needs, likely 6 days a week
