Operations and Maintenance (O&M) - Solar Technician

Experience Required:
6 months to 1 year
(specifically in ground-mounted solar sites)
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI in Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and fix faults on both AC and DC sides of the solar power system.
Maintain and update plant performance reports; coordinate with the operations team.
Possess sound knowledge of electrical components and systems--transformers, VCBs, inverters, solar PV modules, etc.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs.
Follow safety protocols and industry best practices for all O&M tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
