Job Responsibilities:
Installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems
Panel mounting, inverter installation, wiring & structure work
Maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of solar systems
Conducting on-site surveys and measurements
Ensuring safety protocols at all job sites
Field visits to customer sites
Working with the installation team to complete projects on time

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in solar installation
Basic/Intermediate electrical knowledge
Ability to use tools like MC4, multimeter, crimping tools, etc.
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working at height and under field conditions

Education:
ITI / Diploma (Electrical or related field) preferred.
Solar experience is mandatory.
