Job Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, assemble, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.

Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys, measure dimensions, and assess shading and roof conditions.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, test, and repair solar equipment as required.

Customer Education: Educate customers on system performance, maintenance, and best practices.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Job Requirements:

-

Education: Diploma or certificate course in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in solar PV installation (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).

Skills: Knowledge of electrical wiring, load management, and renewable energy systems.

Certifications: ITI certification in Electrical or Electronics is preferred.

Salary Range:

- ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time
