URGENT OPENING FOR SOLAR TECHNICIAN & INSTALLER- SOLAR COMPANY WITH GOOD SALARY

Key Responsibilities:

Install Solar Panels:

Install solar panels, racking systems, and related electrical components on roofs or other structures as per site plans. Ensure proper alignment and secure installation, following safety and technical guidelines.

Field Travel and Site Assessments:

Travel to various client sites for installation, assessment, and maintenance work. Evaluate roof structures, shading, and electrical systems to determine the best solar panel installation locations.

Electrical Wiring:

Run and connect electrical wiring between solar panels, inverters, and electrical panels. Ensure all connections comply with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

System Testing and Maintenance:

Test the installed systems to ensure they are fully functional. Perform maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of solar systems as required.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers, explaining the installation process and providing basic operational guidance for the solar systems. Address any customer queries or concerns in a professional manner.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols while on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside other installers and project managers to meet installation deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Gender:

Male candidates only.

Age Limit:

Up to 28 years old.

Location:

Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode

Transportation:

Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to various field locations.

Availability:

Immediate joiners only.

Experience:

Prior experience in solar panel installation or similar fields (electrical work, construction) is a plus.

Education:

Minimum high school diploma. Technical certification in electrical work is preferred but not required.

Physical Ability:

Must be physically fit to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy panels, working at heights, and traveling to job sites.

Skills:

Strong understanding of basic electrical systems. Familiarity with solar panel technology and installation methods. Good communication skills for client interactions and team coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
