Solar Technician

ITI / Diploma

Job Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of

solar PV systems

(rooftop & ground-mounted) Conduct routine

preventive maintenance (PM)

and breakdown servicing Troubleshoot faults in solar panels, inverters, junction boxes, and cables Ensure compliance with

safety standards

and site work procedures Perform system testing, performance checks, and report generation Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution Maintain tools, spares, and site documentation

Key Skills & Requirements:

Good knowledge of

solar PV systems

, inverters, and electrical components Basic understanding of electrical drawings and schematics Experience in

rooftop solar / EPC projects

preferred Willingness to work at sites and travel as per project requirement Physically fit and comfortable working at heights Basic communication and reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
