We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Solar Technical Engineer

to support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

site surveys

, load calculations, and solar feasibility analysis. Assist with

solar PV design

, system layout preparation, and BOQ creation. Handle

installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning

of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems. Troubleshoot and resolve

technical issues

during installation and maintenance. Coordinate with the design, project, and vendor teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with

MNRE, IEC, and electrical safety standards

. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Mechanical / Renewable Energy). Strong understanding of

solar PV systems, inverters, structures, and cables

. Knowledge of

AutoCAD, PVsyst, or electrical design tools

(added advantage). Ability to work at site locations and handle field challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
