ob Title: Site Supervisor - Solar InstallationLocation:

Project Site (Gujarat / PAN India - as per project requirement)

Experience:

1-3 Years (Relevant experience in solar installation preferred)

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
Hands-on experience in solar projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily solar installation activities at the project site Manage technicians, helpers, and labor workforce Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved layouts Monitor DC & AC wiring, mounting structures, inverters, and panel installation Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and proper use of PPE Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Project Manager Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors Maintain material receipt, usage, and stock records at site Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met Assist in system testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems Basic electrical knowledge (DC & AC systems) Team handling and site management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Awareness of safety standards Good communication skills (Hindi / English; Gujarati preferred)
Salary:

As per experience and skill set (Negotiable)
