The company (Affiliated with TATA Power) is looking for a dedicated

Solar Site Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

solar project execution, installation, and service

. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day

solar installation and service activities

. Manage

technicians and labor

for smooth project execution. Ensure installation quality as per

TATA Power guidelines

. Handle

material management

, vendor coordination, and site documentation. Identify site issues, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate service visits. Maintain safety standards and provide daily project updates.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-3 years of experience in Solar Industry

. Strong knowledge of

solar panel installation, cabling, structures, and inverters

. Ability to manage multiple teams and work independently at sites. Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
