Key Responsibilities
Supervise solar panel installation, electrical wiring, and mounting structures
Manage technicians and labor at the site
Ensure work is done as per drawings and safety standards
Coordinate with project engineers and vendors
Maintain daily site progress and material records
Identify and resolve basic site-level issues
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in electrical field
Prior solar project/site experience preferred
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring
Ability to handle site operations independently
Education (Preferred)
ITI / Diploma in Electrical
B.Tech. in Electrical
