We are hiring a Junior Solar Site Incharge to support on-site execution of solar projects. Responsibilities include assisting with solar panel installation, supervising site activities, coordinating with technicians, checking materials, and preparing daily site reports. Training will be provided.
Eligibility / Requirements
Freshers are welcome
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Electrical preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge or interest in solar projects
Willingness to work on-site and learn
Good coordination and communication skills
Salary
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on skills)
