Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound

Solar Site Engineer

to oversee and manage on-site execution of solar power projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems (Rooftop/Ground Mount). Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and prepare reports. Interpret and implement system designs, including layouts, SLDs, and electrical schematics. Monitor daily project activities and ensure execution aligns with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Maintain documentation including daily work progress, material tracking, and site inspection reports. Support in grid connectivity and net metering processes if applicable.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar site execution (freshers with relevant training can apply). Good knowledge of solar PV components (panels, inverters, structures, DC/AC wiring). Understanding of safety protocols and project execution best practices. Ability to manage field teams, vendors, and site logistics. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel to remote sites as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
